All jewelry is small-batch manufactured and subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

Due to the nature of jewelry production, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

All preorders have estimated shipping times listed on the individual product page. Standard orders are typically processed within 7 business days.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days, unless otherwise noted for preorders. Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We ship internationally. Once an order has shipped, Eventyr Verden is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, but as noted, all our products are currently small-batch manufactured without custom options.

Sale items are also final sale.

6. Care & Use

Our jewelry is waterproof and designed for regular wear, but proper care is recommended to maintain its finish. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or general wear and tear.
